SECRET SANTA: SUNSET SKIP TAKES ALL!

DOA ended 2024 with a Secret Santa show at the Drill House in Great Yarmouth.  The concept was simple, all DOA championships would be on the line, but not all of the champions would not know who they would be up against.  The main event saw Heavyweight Champion and Social Media champion Brad O'Brien make his way out with Family leader Lord Steven Farrell.  O'Brien who had been heavyweight champion for nearly a full year, had the option to either defend both belts in the same match or wrestle in two separate matches.  Lord Steven made Brad's intentions clear, he would defend both title's in the same match, it was all or nothing.

The challenger was none other than Sunset Skip who had been reinstated to the roster less than a week earlier after his team defeated the Cult in Peterborough.  This was very fitting as Skip has had problems with the Farrell Family for nearly three years, it felt it was now or never for the fan favourite.  Skip really took it to Brad but appeared to be disadvantaged by the usual underhand tactics or Lord Steven at ringside, however, the referee sent Farrell to the back which evened the score.  Despite the champions best efforts, he just could not seem to keep Skip down who was hungry for victory.  Leia Elise attempted to assist Brad but she was intercepted by Artemis after their earlier brawl.  Farrell then came back out and attempted to nail Skip with the title belt to cause a DQ so that Brad would remain champion, but Danny Darko ran out to the save and battled Farrell backstage.

This left just Brad O'Brien and Sunset Skip, and with the match even, Skip managed to get his trademark elbows in and then down O'Brien with the Sunset Driver from the top rope.  This was enough to put the champion away as Sunset Skip was crowned the new Heavyweight Champion and Social Media Champion.  This had been a long time coming as Skip celebrated in the ring being cheered on by the fans while Lord Farrell helped a defeated and broken Brad O'Brien to the back.  After nearly a year of O'Brien cheating to keep the title, the Sunset era is upon us!

Leia Elise and Artemis' run in stemmed from the match they had earlier in the show.  Elise was keen to win back the Women's championship that she had lost less than a week previously against Artemis.  There was no love loss between these two and the match descended into chaos quite quickly.  The two women brawled on the outside and the referee was unable to keep the match under control and threw it out resulting in a no contest.  Whilst Elise did not get the championship back, she had made her intentions known but it did not phase Artemis.  What next when it comes to the Women's title?

In one of the big stories of the evening, Dillon Slade finally earned a chance at the Adrenaline title.  However, standing in his way was one of the UK's finest wrestlers - Robbie X, a member of the Bullet Club.  Slade has established himself as a fan favourite amongst the DOA fans and despite X's popularity, they were routing on the underdog.  There was a lot of tension in this match and things got quite heated when Robbie X started to get frustrated.  Despite this, it was Slade's night and after a long losing streak in DOA, he mustered everything he could to cause a huge upset by pinning Robbie X and winning the title.

As we know, anything can happen in DOA, and Dillon Slade's celebrations were cut short when Sir Ryan Matthews made his way out.  Matthews had won the Go 4 Glory briefcase in Peterborough the previous week - this meant he could cash in on any championship at anytime.  Unfortunately for Dillon Slade, Matthews cashed in at that very moment.  As the bell rang, Matthews went straight for Slade and due to Slade already being worn down from his match, he managed to pin him and become the new Adrenaline champion.  Slade had waited so long for singles success, finally found it with a huge win, but then it was taken away just moments later.  How will he come back from this set back?

Cult Members the NLP (Mitch Basher and Crowley) defended the Tag Team Championships against veterans Hot Stuff and Hex, who were going under the name Hot and Hexy.  The NLP looked in pole position to win due to Cult Members Jack E Hyde and Puppet Poole being at ringside putting the odds against Hot Stuff and Hex. With the fans behind them, after a big chokeslam, Hex and Hot Stuff won the match and were crowned new Tag Team Champions.  After the match, the tears started to flow from some fans though as Hex took the microphone and announced his retirement from wrestling.  He gave an emotional farewell to the fans in the venue where he has been a firm favourite over the years.  He informed Hot Stuff he would need to find a new partner to carry on the tag team title run before they then embraced.  Even Jack E Hyde who was still at ringside showed respect to his former tag team partner and long time friend, something which the audience appreciated.  However, the NLP were not happy with Hyde and Poole which caused some tension in the ranks of the Cult.  The moment though was all about Hex and he received the ovation he deserved - he will be missed.

Former Adrenaline champion Furio was keen to climb back up the ladder by taking the Pandemonium title.  Standing in his way was current champion Danny Darko as they battled it out in a 'Nightmare' Before Christmas' Match, which consisted of many Christmas themed weapons.  Whilst Furio may be a master in the dark arts, Darko is Mr Hardcore and overcame the Vampire to retain the title.

In a mystery tag team match, Ali-Ok who was accompanied by his trainees (Ali-Ok's OK Dojo) was forced to team with Cult member Moldark.  They went against Vinnie Kray and his randomly selected partner Bobby Adams who was making his DOA debut.  There was miscommunication between Moldark and Ali-Ok which led to Kray and Adams taking the victory in this match.  Matters escalated after the bell though when the Cult of Hyde laid out members of Ali-Ok's OK Dojo.  Will there be retribution for their actions?

In the other title match, Big Top Wrestling's East Anglian Championship was on the line in a match between Big Joe and Blake.  It is not often DOA fans get to see the championship's of other promotions on the line, and this one did not disappointed as the two giants battled it out. It was Big Joe who scored the three count and became Big Top's new East Anglian Champion.

Danny Darko Def. Furio to retain the Pandemonium Title

CLASH AT THE CRESSET 2: THE FAMILY RETREAT!

Clash at the Cresset provided quite a rollercoaster of a journey for fans of DOA, with many twists and turns along the way.  Once again, at the centre of the controversy once again was the Farrell Family, but by the end of the night they backed away with tails tucked between their legs.  In the main event, Brad O'Brien once again managed to retain to DOA Heavyweight Championship by the skin of his teeth when he overcame RJ Singh.  Singh almost had O'Brien beat until Joe Anthony ran out and caused a vital distraction, which allowed O'Brien to score a victory, something that has been a reoccurring theme since winning the title in December 2023.

O'Brien was not content with just victory though and after the match he was joined in the ring by fellow family members Lord Steven Farrell and Leia Elise, as well as Joe Anthony who had remained at ringside.  The four of them started to attack RJ Singh who was already down, but suddenly RJ's long time friend Sunset Skip ran out clutching an iron bar.  O'Brien and Elise managed to escape the ring but Skip nailed both Anthony and Farrell with the iron bar before downing them with his trademark elbow to the head.  For good measure and to send a clear message, RJ then downed Farrell with a DDT.  The Family quickly scattered to the entrance way and looked on at Skip and Singh who stood tall with the fans behind them, they had sent a clear message to the Family.

Sunset Skip had already had a great night after he was finally reinstated to the DOA roster.  In an eight man tag team match, Skip managed a team consisting of Brett Semtex, Vinnie Kray, Ben Jones and Ali-Ok against the Cult of Hyde (Moldark, the NLP and Puppet Poole), managed by Jack E Hyde. If Skip's team won he would be reinstated whereas if they lost he would be gone forever, along with his alter ego the Sunset Rider.  Despite Jack E Hyde's best efforts to help his team to victory, the match which was action packed from start to finish, ended with Sunset's team getting the big win.  This means Skip is now back in DOA and will continue to gun for revenge against the Farrell Family.

The downfall of the Family continued in one of the more shocking moments of the night.  Artemis finally got her chance to face Leia Elise one on one to challenge for the woman's title. Elise who has been champion for over 600 days was left stunned when Artemis defeated her to take the woman's championship.  Elise went mad after the match and had to be taken backstage by Lord Steven Farrell and Joe Anthony who struggled to contain her.  Artemis celebrated after achieving something so many had failed to do, knocking Elise off her thrown.

With the Banker Marc Lloyd having to give up the Go 4 Glory briefcase, the brief case was on the line in a 5 man scramble match featuring Joe Anthony, Dillon Slade, Furio, Sir Ryan Matthews, and Josh Spicer.  This was an action packed back and forth match but it was Sir Ryan who took the glory when he sneaked a pinfall over Dillon Slade whose bad luck continued.  Sir Ryan now can cash in the brief case at anytime for any DOA championship.

In a match made last month in Bury St Edmunds, Danny Darko came up against Alton Thorne in his first defence since winning the Pandemonium title.  The match stipulation chosen by Thorne was a tables match, in what was DOA's very first tables match.  This was hard hitting but despite Thorne's brutality, he could not match the hardcore Icon Danny Darko who put him through a table to retain the title.

After his recent victories over Dillon Slade and Hex, the glory appeared to go to young Joey's head who made his way out to complain about not being on the show.  He mentioned how he was one of the few people to beat Hex and he could do it again.  Joey was not expecting Hex to then come out and within minutes of what became an official match, Joey found himself being choke slammed and pinned by Hex.

Jakk Sellstrom finally picked up a big DOA victory as he defeated the veteran Jonny Storm in a match enjoyed by the fans.  Meanwhile, in his hometown, The Powerhouse Blake overcame the technically minded Mike Bird to pick up another big DOA victory.

Match Results
Sir Ryan Matthews Def. Dillon Slade, Furio, Joe Anthony & Josh Spicer to win the Go 4 Glory
Danny Darko Def. Alton Thorne to retain the Pandemonium title
Artemis Def. Leia Elise to win the Woman's Championship
Blake Def. Mike Bird
Jakk Sellstrom Def. Jonny Storm
Brett Semtex, Ali-Ok, Vinnie Kray & Ben Jones Def. Moldark, Puppet Poole, Crowley & Mitch Basher

Darkober fEST: a strapping contest

With DOA returning to Bury St Edmunds, it was very apt that he had an event named after him in front of his fans - Darkober Fest!  In the main event he had a  big opportunity to take the Pandemonium title from Sir Ryan Matthews who had only won it back in August after defeating Artemis.  The unique thing about the pandemonium title is that the odds are usually in the favour of the challenger, because they are the one who gets to choose the stipulation.

As a death match icon, Danny Darko is no stranger to pain and decided that his match with Sir Ryan would be a strap match.  Matthews who since winning the Adrenaline cup back in 2023 has been promising big things but never quite delivering.  This was a big defence and opportunity to prove himself against a former DOA Heavyweight Champion.  The match was not for the faint hearted as the strap was whipped across the bare skin of both men throughout the match.  However, with the fans behind him, it was Danny Darko who picked up victory to become the Pandemonium champion.

The celebrations with the Bury fans was caught short though as Alton Thorne interrupted and sent a clear message to Darko - he was next in line for a shot at the title.  It was clear from the altercation that the match would be taking place on the 1st November in Peterborough at Clash at the Cresset 2.  Can Darko put a run together as champion or is Alton Thorne going to win his first title in DOA?  Alton Thorne had already made a clear statement of intent earlier in the show when he came through a triple threat match with Ali-Ok and Furio.  He displayed his aggression and determination to get an important victory which will give him confidence as he heads in to Clash at the Cresset with the big opportunity at Darko.

With Brad O'Brien scheduled to defend the DOA Heavyweight Championship next month in Peterborough, only his Social Media title was on the line in his match with Franco Fate.  Not much of Franco has been seen in DOA but from what the fans have seen, they have liked.  O'Brien once again found himself in the ring with someone bigger than him and used cheap tactics to try and control the match.  Women's champion and fellow Farrell Family member Leia Elise was at ringside with him assisting. However, Artemis had seen enough of the cheating and made her way out to confront Elise.  This resulted in a brawl between the two ladies as they battled backstage causing a distraction which yet again resulted in Brad O'Brien winning.  He keeps the Social Media title, but will his luck run out next month against RJ Singh as he defends the biggest prize in DOA - The Heavyweight Championship?

Artemis was in action as she defeated Harley Harris, clearly showing why she has to be a serious contender to face Leia Elise for the Women's title.  Artemis has been impressive since her return to DOA earlier in the year and she feels that she can be the one to finally knock Elise from the top of the women's division.

Tag Team Champions NLP (Mitch Basher and Crowley) had their hands full as they defended the belts against the make shift team of Powerhouse Blake and the impressive up and coming Josh Spicer.  With Jack E Hyde and Puppet Poole assisting their cult members from ringside, the odds were stacked against Blake and Spicer.  However, Blake with his brute strength and Spicer with his fast pace, managed to cause many scares to the NLP and came so close to causing an upset and taking the tag team titles.  In the end, the numbers game had an impact and NLP stole the victory, much to the approval of cult leader Jack E Hyde.

At the Anniversary show earlier in the month, Joe Anthony was revealed as the newest member of the Farrell Family when he assisted Lord Farrell in helping Brad O'Brien beat Winston.  Anthony made his official in ring debut as he started the show with Lord Steven Farrell by his side and made an open challenge.  It did not take long for fan favourite Vinnie Kray to answer the challenge and go one on one with the 'Next in Line'.  Whilst Joe Anthony looked impressive, he could not keep Vinnie Kray down.  It took a distraction from Farrell where he was 'banged in the mouth' by Kray for Joe to get a sneaky win.  It was a big debut victory for the up and comer.

Dillon Slade has been on a bad run and has been determined to win on his own and without Danny Darko by his side.  He looked like a broken man when he was mocked backstage before his match by Lord Steven Farrell and Joe Anthony.  He went up against the less experienced Joey in a match many expected him to win.  However, emotions got the better of him and the match slipped away as Joey grabbed a big upset victory, leaving Dillon Slade even more frustrated. What is next for Dillon Slade?

Match Results
Joe Anthony Def. Vinnie Kray
Alton Thorne Def. Furio & Ali-Ok
Artemis Def. Harley Harris

NLP Def. Josh Spicer & Blake to retain the DOA Tag Team Championships
Brad O'Brien Def. Franco Fate to retain the Social Media Title

DOA 11 YEAR ANNIVERSARY: ROBBIE X TAKES GOLD!

5/10/2024

Picture
The packed Drill House in Great Yarmouth left the 11 year Anniversary show in a feel good mood after witnessing Robbie X walk out the new Adrenaline champion.  Robbie X who is one of the hottest prospects currently on the UK wrestling scene stepped up against Furio, who has been on an impressive run since winning the title in December 2023.  With the championship on the line, both men went all out to try and come out on top of what was an expected fast paced crowd pleasing match.  Despite Furio coming close on several occasions to continue his championship run, it was Robbie X who scored the victory via pinfall.

The crowd erupted as Robbie lifted the Adrenaline championship, adding his name to the impressive list of former champions.  He celebrated for a little while as Furio made an exit looking deflated after his run had come to an end.  The question for everyone at present is just who will be the first person to step up against Robbie X and challenge him for his championship?

Brad O'Brien had one of his biggest challenges to date as he defended the DOA Heavyweight Championship against former champion Winston.  Winston is the man who once went five years undefeated and is maybe the biggest person that O'Brien has had to endure during his championship run.  With Lord Steven Farrell in his corner, Brad O'Brien attempted to ground the giant Winston, sometimes resorting to unsavory tactics.  However, Winston would just not stay down and displayed his brute strength as he really took it to O'Brien with a determination to get back the belt he lost two years ago.

Just as Winston was gaining momentum, he charged at O'Brien but the referee was pulled in the way sending him down.  Winston then choke slammed the champion but there was no referee to make the count.  Lord Steven Farrell then took the opportunity to get in the ring with brass knuckles but he was grabbed by the throat by Winston who saw him coming.  Before Winston could chokeslam Farrell, someone in a hood entered the ring and smashed a chair across Winston's back.  It had little impact on Winston who then attempted to chokeslam the mystery man but was sprayed in the eyes by some hair spray he had in his hoody pocket.  Winston stumbled and Farrell nailed him with the brass knuckles before Brad O'Brien who had now recovered showed impressive strength as he lifted him for the TKO.  Farrell sent the referee back in and Brad O'Brien got the victory to remain the DOA Heavyweight Champion.

As O'Brien celebrated with Farrell on the entrance way, they revealed the mystery young man to be Joe Anthony, who the lord stated was "the next in line".  Joe Anthony took his jacket and hoody off to reveal a Farrell Family T Shirt.  It seems that the Family has now extended and it will be interesting to see just what Joe Anthony will bring to the table.

One Farrell Family member who did not need any help was dominant Women's Champion Leia Elise who defended the title against a former DOA Womens Champion Night Shade.  This was a great hard hitting battle but it was the same old result as Elise once again overcome the challenge and retained the title.

Sunset Rider's mask was on the line and so to was Jack E Hyde's in a 10 man tag team match.  Hyde was joined by his cult members Mitch Basher, Crowley and Puppet Poole along with hired gun Alton Thorne, whilst Rider ran into some problems prior to the match.  Hot Stuff was on hand, as was Hex but Banker Marc Lloyd was out injured which left it as a 5 against 3 match until Franco Fate came out and said he would join them.  With one more man needed to even the teams, the fans cheered as DOA Legend Ali-Ok who was in the crowd stepped up and joined Rider's team.

As expected, this was chaos and things got underway quickly with Hex going straight for former best friend Jack E Hyde.  Hex gave chase to Hyde backstage and they were out of sight which left the match as 4 against 4.  Both teams had opportunity to get the win but the end came when Hyde returned and the referee was distracted by the chaos outside of the ring as a brawl broke out, which allowed Mitch Basher to nail Sunset Rider with the baseball bat.  After the three count, the Cult members mobbed Sunset Rider and removed his mask, revealing him to be Sunset Skip!  Lord Steven Farrell who had been convinced it was Skip all along had placed a bounty on the mask and after the match walked out on to the stage.  The Cult then approached him and handed him the mask.  Skip surrounded by his team mates then delivered a thank you and goodbye message to the fans due to it being game over for him after Skip had lost his career last year in a match to Farrell.  Is this the end of the story and what will be the bounty reward for the Cult?

Dillon Slade has been determined to prove himself and last month in Bury St Edmunds, he said he would prove himself against his tag team partner Danny Darko.  Both fan favorites went at it and the eagerness for victory within Slade was quite obvious.  Slade yet again came so close to finally getting that big victory but yet again he just fell short as he was pinned for the three.  It seemed after the match that Slade was going to refuse the offer of a handshake but eventually he accepted Darko's show of respect, which was appreciated by the fans.  What next for Dillon Slade as his mission to prove he can win alone continues?

Sir Ryan Matthews had his first defense of the Pandemonium championship as he defeated the returning Ben Jones in convincing fashion.  Meanwhile, Powerhouse Blake was keen to impress ahead of the Clash at the Cresset show as he battled with Junior Benito who was once again back in the UK from Canada.  Benito as ever was impressive but he simply could not overcome the power of Blake who downed him with a crushing Razor's edge.

Match Results
Sir Ryan Matthews Def. Ben Jones to retain the Pandamonium title
Powerhouse Blake Def. Junior Benito
Leia Elise Def. Nighshade to retain the Women's championship
Jack E Hyde, NLP, Puppet Poole & Alton Thorne Def. Sunset Rider, Hex, Hot Stuff, Ali-Ok & Franco Fate
Danny Darko Def. Dillon Slade
Brad O'Brien Def. Winston to retain the Heavyweight Championship
Robbie X Def. Furio to win the Adrenaline title

SUFFOLK SLAM: SINGH IS KING

Since making his DOA debut earlier in the year, RJ Singh has not only been a firm fan favorite but has also made quite an impact.  After a run of victories, he earned a shot at the DOA Heavyweight championship, he came close to winning but was cheated.  He has since been working hard to get another opportunity.  At Suffolk Slam in front of a packed Bury St Edmunds, Singh faced a major challenge as he went one on one with Powerhouse Blake.

Blake is one of the toughest and biggest wrestlers in DOA, and he himself has been trying to put a run together to try and get a shot at DOA's biggest prize.  This blockbuster main event started with both men giving a sign of their approaches, Blake using strength and Singh using his agility and years of experience.  In the early stages, Singh tried to out do Blake using his pace and sent Blake to the outside for some time out and to recoup.  However, the tide was turned as Singh followed Blake to the outside and was caught out which resulted in him being thrown into the ring post.  Blake was able to take control using his brute strength from this point although RJ was never quite down and out, and found a way back in to the match.

Eventually Blake attempted to finish Singh off with a variation of a powerbomb but Singh rolled down his back and managed to roll him up for the three.  The crowd went crazy and celebrated as RJ had yet again overcome a huge challenge.  After the match, in an unexpected turn of events, Blake snatched the mic from RJ who was about to speak and demanded that he shake his hand like a man.  Singh was reluctant and shook Blake's hand as the Powerhouse then went on to pay tribute to Singh and all he had done for British Wrestling.  Blake added that in December, DOA would be in his hometown of Peterborough and he would be giving it his all for his friends and family.  The crowd then showed appreciation to both Blake and Singh as they shook hands once again.  Who will both of these men be up against at Clash at the Cressett in Peterborough?

DOA Heavyweight Champion Brad O'Brien had another huge challenge ahead of him as he defended the title against former champion Big Joe.  With Lord Steven Farrell back by his side, O'Brien used every cheap trick in the book to try and keep Big Joe down but he just kept coming at him.  Eventually, after an exchange of forearms to each others heads, Lord Steven  slid a chair in to the ring.  Both Joe and Brad snatched it and there was a tussle which led to the referee taking a slight knock.  Brad let go of the chair and threw himself down to the matt as Lord Steven the helped the referee to turn around.  Seeing Big Joe holding the chair and Brad down, the referee incorrectly concluded that Joe had hit the champion so disqualified him.

Big Joe was furious and protested but the referee was sticking to his decision.  In a rage, Joe smashed Brad O'Brien with the chair and threw him out the ring. As Brad was helped by Farrell, Joe took the mic and asked Brad to step back in the ring to go again, but Brad refused and the Farrell Family due made a quick exit as Big Joe came after them.

Female wrestler Artemis was making her first defence of the Pandemonium championship, and it was against Sir Ryan Matthews.  The stipulation chosen by Matthews was that a 5 count would win the match rather than the usual 3 count.  Sir Ryan was trying to get back to winning ways and maybe under estimated Artemis who was on top throughout and came close to winning.  There was a moment of confusion when Artemis pinned Sir Ryan for the three and fans thought she had won until they were reminded it needed to be a five.  Ryan then had a bit of a rage and went for Artemis' eyes which sen t her down towards the ropes. As Ryan was lectured by the referee, Women's champion Leia Elise ran out and nailed Artemis with her title belt.  This gave Ryan the victory as he was crowned the new Pandemonium champion, winning his first DOA title.  As for Artemis, she was helped to the back and will be looking for revenge as she goes one on one with Elise at the Anniversary show in October, with the Woman's title on the line.

The crowd in Bury were in for a treat when they saw some fast paced action from the Adrenaline division.  Furio who has been on quite a run as Adrenaline champion put the title on the line against the exciting up and comer Josh Spicer.  Despite Spicer coming closing to causing an upset, Furio continued his run after knocking Spicer out with a kick to the head and then pinning him.  Who will step up next against Furio to try and take the championship from him?

The Banker Marc Lloyd continued his good run of form as he defeated Vinnie Kray.  This stemmed from there altercation at Beach Ball Mania when Kray's actions prevented Lloyd from cashing in his Go 4 Glory briefcase against Brad O'Brien.  It was not an easy victory for Lloyd who also found that the fans had a new found appreciation for Kray.  He finally won after his bankers boot to the face, but there were no hints afterwards as to when he was going to cash in the briefcase!

Dillon Slade squared off with Brett Semtex in an intense match.  Slade who after losing the tag team titles with his partner Danny Darko, is on a mission to prove he can win alone, has been finding things are not going well.  Despite nearly causing an upset on a few occasions against former Heavyweight Champion Semtex, Slade fell short when he was caught out by a spear and an F5.  It was another defeat for Slade.

After the match, Brett Semtex helped Dillon Slade up and showed him respect by offering a handshake.  Slade reacted by pushing Semtex away and then slapping him in the face.  Semtex quickly lifted Slade up on his shoulders and was about to hot another F5.  However, Slade's partner Danny Darko came in the ring and pleaded with Semtex to put Slade down.  Brett out of respect for Darko put Slade down and left the ring.  Slade reacted by pushing Darko and then saying that he was sick of coming so close.  He stated that this all started with Darko and would end with Darko as he vowed to beat him.  This ended with Slade telling Darko to show up at the anniversary show.  This will be a huge match, will we see a different Dillon Slade as he tries to prove himself against the man he was a teag team champion with?

Meanwhile, Cult Members NLP and Moldark faced off against Danny Darko, Hex and Hot Stuff in a 6 man tag team match.  Cult leader Jack E Hyde was ringside making sure his cult took care of business but it did not all go to plan.  Despite winning the match when Basher pinned Darko, Moldark found himself in the ring alone with Hex, Hot Stuff and Darko.  Darko lined Moldark up and ripped his mask off.  Moldark made a quick exit backstage with his t shirt over his head.  How will the big man react to being unmasked?

Furio Def. Josh Spicer to retain the Adranaline championship
'The Banker' Marc Lloyd Def. Vinnie Kray
Brett Semtex Def. Dillon Slade

Brad O'Brien Def. Big Joe via DQ to retain the DOA Heavyweight Championship
Sir Ryan Matthews Def. Artemis to win Pandemonium title

BEACH BALL MANIA: THE CULT MAKE IMPACT!

13/7/2024

The DOA faithful at the Drill House in Great Yarmouth had their party mood dampened thanks to the Cult of Hyde. In a show that was in honor of DOA legend and host Peter Nixon's up and coming wedding, Jack E Hyde's cult came out on top in controversial circumstances. First of all, cult leader Jack E Hyde had to go one on one with Hot Stuff, in a match that was made by Bookerman Alec Burnitt back in May. The downside of this was Hyde was that all cult members were banned from ringside. Hyde took an opportunity to get the early upper hand when he sent Puppet Poole out to the ring dressed up as him to distract Hot Stuff.

This allowed the real Jack E Hyde to attack Hot Stuff from behind to get the match underway. Hyde kept Hot stuff grounded before the match spilled to the outside, and with one sneaky kick preventing Hot Stuff getting back in the ring, the match went to a count out handing Hyde the victory. However, Hot Stuff pleaded with host Peter Nixon to restart the match with a no count out rule, and it was agreed so the match got back underway. Hyde was desperate and then got himself disqualified by using a low blow. Hot Stuff was having none of it and again requested a restart which was agreed with a no DQ ruling. Hyde was running out of ideas and eventually his cult members the NLP, Moldark and Puppet Poole hit the ring and jumped Hot Stuff, sending the match to a no contest.

Hometown heroes Big Joe and Brett Semtex then ran out to the rescue and cleared the ring. It was then declared that the tag team championship main event contest between them and defending champions NLP would get underway. Despite being rivals in the past, former Heavyweight champions Big Joe and Semtex worked well together and were on the same page as they set out to take the tag team titles from NLP. The match was a no DQ match and things started to take a hardcore turn as a range of weapons were used throughout.

After a grueling battle, it appeared that Semtex had won the tag team championships after downing Crowley from the NLP with a sit out tombstone. He got the pinfall and the referee declared that Brett Semtex and Big Joe were the new champions. However, the NLP protested and the assistant referee noticed that Crowley's foot had been on the rope when he was pinned. The match was restarted and NLP took full advantage of Semtex and Joe being distracted as Crowley hit a diving cross-body and pinned former MMA fighter Brett Semtex.

The NLP had only just escaped champions by the skin of their teeth and left the ring quickly. They then had an exchange of words with Big Joe and Semtex who had remained in the ring. Big Joe attempted to get them to continue the fight but the cult members declined and headed backstage leaving Joe, Brett and the crowd very frustrated that new tag team champions had not been crowned.

Since the masked Sunset Rider emerged earlier this year, there has been a bounty placed on his mask by Lord Steven Farrell who is determined to prove that Rider is infact Sunset Skip. The Cult have been attempting to take that bounty by taking the Rider's mask. Moldark was the man stepping up for the cult at Beach Ball Mania as he went one on one with the Sunset Rider. Moldark recently had some huge victories under his belt but the big monster could not keep the Rider down despite help from Jack E Hyde and Puppet Poole. Rider managed to hit his crossbody and take another victory, and more importantly keep his mask.

Heavyweight Champion Brad O'Brien was defending his unofficial Social Media Championship in a triple threat match against Vinnie Kray and the Banker Marc Lloyd. O'Brien who had fellow Family member/Womens Champion Leia Elise in his corner, looked on good form but was given many scares throughout the match. Lloyd who is the Go 4 Glory briefcase holder is on top form since winning the briefcase and was out to settle an old score with O'Brien. All three men had chances of victory but the momentum fell to the Banker who downed Kray with his boot to the face. As he was about to pin him for the three, O'Brien ran in from behind and tossed Banker out of the ring. In true sneaky fashion, he then pinned Kray himself and was victorious.

O'Brien had quite the scare after the match though when Marc Lloyd got back in the ring and downed him with a boot to the face. Being cheered on by the crowd, it appeared as if he was about to cash in the go 4 glory briefcase on the champion. However, before it was made official, a very frustrated Vinnie Kray hit Lloyd with a stunner and O'Brien escaped the ring. It is certain he will now be looking over his shoulder.

Dillon Slade has been on a bit of a losing streak since losing the DOA tag team championships along with Danny Darko. He has been determined to prove himself as a singles wrestler and Beach Ball Mania handed him a huge opportunity to do so as he faced British Wrestling James Mason. The match was a purist wrestling fans dream as Mason used a number of holds and submissions to wear down Slade. Slade gave it his best shot though and had moments where he nearly caused an upset but it was not enough to stop him tapping out to one of the greats - James Mason.

Hex had a task on his hands as he defended his Pandemonium title in a gauntlet match. The first person up was Puppet Poole who he made light work of. Next up was more of a challenge for the monster as he went face to face with fellow big main Alton Thorne. Hex was about to hit his signature chokeslam on Thorne but Thorne kicked him down below resulting in a disqualification. Thorne continued the beat down which appeared to leave Hex down and out, prey for the next man in the gauntlet which was Joey. Joey thought it would be easy but Hex suddenly sat up much to the youngsters surprise. Alton Thorne who had remained at ringside supporting Joey later got involved when the referee was not watching and hit Hex with the title belt which allowed Joey to pin him. Hex was out and a new champion would be crowned. Atremis was the final entrant in the gauntlet as she set out to become the first female Pandemonium champion. Against all odds, she managed to take out Joey and was crowned the champion much to Joey and Alton Thorne's surprise.

Meanwhile, Sir Ryan Mathews has been looking to get back to winning ways ever since he won the Adrenaline cup last year. Matthews went up against Franco Fate who was making his first appearance in DOA. Despite Franco being side tracked by helping Peter Nixon celebrate his stag do in style with some drinks, he still managed to defeat Sir Ryan who again found himself defeated. What will Sir Ryan do next to try and climb the ladder and get a shot at the Adrenaline title?

GO FOR GLORY: BANKER BACK ON TOP!

It was that time of the year again as four people had the chance to battle it out for the valuable go for glory briefcase.  Winning the briefcase means that the winner can cash in for any DOA championship of their choosing at any point in the next twelve months.  The Banker Marc Lloyd, sir Ryan Matthews, up and comer Josh Spicer and DOA new comer Bobby Adams were the men with the big opportunity.  All of them had something to prove during this match knowing that a victory could elevate them to potential championship success.

Josh Spicer thought he was the one walking out with the briefcase when he downed Adams with an RKO from the top.  However, Sir Ryan Matthews had other ideas as he was on a mission of his own and he kicked Spicer right between the legs.  Before Matthews could take advantage of the situation though, he turned around and was booted in the face by Marc Lloyd who quickly made the cover and scored a huge victory.  Since his come back last year, Lloyd has had a mixed bag of results and this was the opportunity he really needed as now he can cash in to face any champion at any time.  It is clear that the Banker will be watching all champions in DOA very closely and waiting for the right moment to cash in.

Since winning the Adranaline division championship, Furio has had a point to prove, he has so far over come every challenge thrown at him, and also shown that the title is not cursed - after the few months where no one seemed to be able to make a successful defence of it.  However, in front of a packed out Bury St Edmunds crowd, he faced his biggest challenge yet as he defended the title against British Wrestling legend Jonny Storm!  This was a true master class from Storm who had the crowd right behind him.  Despite the big occasion, Furio did not seem phased and kept up with Storm throughout the match.  The end came when Furio ended up cutting off the legend with a Low Blow and then delivering a kick to the head.  He pinned Jonny Storm and despite the controversial circumstances, he had taken the biggest victory of his time in DOA so far.

The Bury St Edmunds crowd were treated to another huge title match as Brad O'Brien defended the Heavyweight Championship against RJ Singh.  Singh really has taken DOA by storm since his arrival and it was only a matter of time before he had a shot at Brad O'Brien.  O'Brien, without any of his fellow Farrell Family members in attendance had no help this time and would have to go it alone to over come the undefeated Singh.

There was some panic from the Heavyweight Champion as RJ Singh got some very close calls during the match.  With Singh's momentum building more, O'Brien started to get desperate and ended up bringing the championship belt into the ring.  He attempted to nail Singh with the belt but the fan favorite avoided it and kicked the champion in the mid section causing him to drop the belt.  Singh picked up the belt and considered his next move, but as he lifted it high the referee grabbed the belt and O'Brien caught him out with a low blow and sneaky roll up to get the three count.  Brad O'Brien made a quick exit as RJ Singh took to the microphone and vowed he would get another shot at the gold.  Brad O'Brien has been put on notice.

After pinning Dillon Slade last month in Great Yarmouth, the NLP had earned a shot the tag team championships.  The team of Danny Darko and Dillon Slade had really impressed since winning the gold against all odds last year, but this was a different type of challenge as they came up against the two dominating cult members.  After an entertaining match where the NLP used dirty tactics, they ended up isolating Dillon Slade and beating him.  Danny Darko did his best to make the save but it was not to be as the tag team title run came to an end.  The NLP were crowned the new champions much to the delight of their cult leader Jack E Hyde.

Fellow Cult Member Puppet Poole was the latest person to step up to try and take the mask from the Sunset Rider to receive the bounty that was put up by Lord Steven Farrell.  With Jack E Hyde by his side, the cult did their best to take the mask from Sunset Rider but were unsuccessful.  It was another victory for the Rider and he lives to fight another day!

Hex continued his good form with victory over DOA new comer Peter Miller, this was another successful defence of the Pandemonium title for Hex.  In the back of his mind will be the Cult, but for now he is on a positive run as champion.

Meanwhile, Artemis over came NYX in a women's match where there was everything to fight for.  With no number one contender named for Leia Elise's title currently, this was a big chance for both ladies to prove themselves.  With the win, could Artemis be next in line?

Match Results
NLP Def. Danny Darko & Dillon Slade for the Tag Team Championships
Artemis Def. NYX
Hex Def. Peter Miller to retain the Pandemonium title
Furio Def. Jonny Storm to retain the Adrenaline Championship
Marc Lloyd def. Sir Ryan Matthews, Bobby Adams & Josh Spicer to win the Go 4 Glory Briefcase

YARMAGEDDON XX: THE FAMILY COMES OUT ON TOP!

Yarmageddon XX came to another packed Drill House in Great Yarmouth where the fans were left frustrated as the Farrell Family came out on top.  Leia Elise defended the Women's championship in the main event against Karama, and Brad O'Brien defended the Heavyweight Championship against Brett Semtex.  Much to the fans displeasure, both matches ended in controversial circumstances, leading both to Elise and O'Brien retaining their respective title's.

In the big main event, Karama was filled with confidence that she could be the person to finally take the title from the dominant Elise.  Last time out in Yarmouth, she had defeated Elise in a non title match to earn a shot at the gold.  This had clearly got into Elise's head because whilst she did dominate spells of the match, she just could not keep Karama down.  Karama really was looking the favorite to take another victory over Elise and knock her off the top of the womans division.

This looked even more certain when she locked Elise in a cross face submission hold and dragged her to the centre of the ring.  The woman's champion was on the verge of tapping out when Lord Steven Farrell ran out and dragged Karama off her.  On the outside, Karama knocked Lord Farrell down with a forearm but the damage had been done in terms of distraction.  After a little bit more back and fourth, Elise caught out Karama with a spear and pinned her for the three.  She celebrated with Lord Steven and Brad O'Brien at the end as the angry crowd jeered them.

Earlier in the night, Brad O'Brien opened up the show by defending his heavyweight title against Brett Semtex, a man who was keen to take back the belt he lost last year after a long reign.  This was a great contrast of styles but again, it ended in controversial fashion.  Brad O'Brien faked an ankle injury to get the upper hand but Semtex later hit back and locked the King of Couture in an ankle lock.  Lord Steven Farrell who was ringside with O'Brien got up on the apron and started to taunt Semtex which led to him releasing the hold.  Farrell took a forearm to the face but it was a sacrifice he was willing to make as it then allowed O'Brien to roll Semtex up for the three and score another victory, this time over a former DOA Champion.  Brett Semtex was furious and will be looking for another shot at the belt no doubt.

Hot Stuff later confronted O'Brien backstage and made a remark about not being able to win without help.  It appeared to hit O'Brien hard and give him food for thought.  Lord Steven himself was then involved in further controversy when he came out for his open challenge match.  Farrell ranted at the fans about respect and stated if they did not show him the respect he deserved they would not see him wrestle tonight.  This resulted in a big cheer and Farrell ended up walking out and refusing to wrestle due to the fans antics.

The Cult of Hyde are another team who have been turning heads and the monster Moldark claimed another big DOA scalp with victory over former champion Big Joe.  The masked monster had already claimed a shock victory over Hex previously and this time he stood toe to toe with Big Joe.  This was a real brawl which spilled to the outside at one point, but despite the Yarmouth faithfull being fully behind home town hero Big Joe, it was not enough to put Moldark down who scored victory after a big senton.  Jack E Hyde was there cheering him on and after the match told the NLP and Puppet Poole they must also deliver in their 6 man tag team match.

The NLP and Puppet Poole went up against the make shift team of the legendary Hot Stuff, Tag Team Champion Dillon Slade and Spike Valentine.  An entertaining match followed but the Cult were given an advantage when Jack E Hyde got involved from the outside and tied Hot Stuff to the ring post before choking him out.  The NLP used their brute strength and domination and took out Dillon Slade to get another victory for the Cult of Hyde.  After pinning Slade, they held up his tag team belt and made it clear they were coming for his and Danny Darko's tag team championships at the next show in Bury St Edmunds.

After the match, Director of Authority Alec Burnitt addressed Jack E Hyde's actions during the match.  Burnitt ended up signing a match for Beach Ball Mania in July between Jack E Hyde and Hot Stuff, and to make it fair, he banned the Cult from ringside.  How will Hyde cope going one on one with the legend without any assistance?

After winning the Pandemonium title in Peterborough last month, Hex made his first defence of the title against Vinnie Kray.  Kray confronted Hex before the match stating that the stipulation for the match was that the chokeslam was banned, something that seemed to give Kray more confidence but did not phase Hex.  However, in the match, Hex did not need the chokeslam as he pulled out a fishermans suplex to beat Kray.  For good measure, whilst celebrating in his home town after the match, Hex lifted up Kray and downed him with a chokeslam.

The Banker Marc Lloyd is a man who has been trying to get back on top since his in ring return last year.  He had a great opportunity to get some gold when he faced Furio who was defending the Adrenaline Division Championship.  Furio continued his good run though as he caught out Lloyd with the trademark mist to the face when he had gone to the top for his swanton.  Furio's good run continues as he retained the title but the Banker will need to find a way to bounce back.

Match Results
Brad O'Brien Def. Brett Semtex to retain the DOA Heavyweight Championship
Moldark Def. Big Joe
Furio Def. Marc Lloyd to retain the Adranaline Championship
NLP & Puppet Poole Def. Dillon Slade, Spike Valentine & Hot Stuff
Hex Def. Vinnie Kray to retain the Pandamonium title

CLASH AT THE CRESSET: O'BRIEN STAYS CHAMP!

In what was DOA's biggest show in history, Clash at the Cresset in Peterborough, Brad O'Brien overcame another huge challenge to successfully defend the DOA Heavyweight Championship in controversial circumstances.  The 'Beefcake' went up against American star Sean Legacy in the main event in what promised to be a blockbuster match.  Legacy showed just why he is one of the top stars around and pleased the crowd with his hard hitting fast paced style.  Brad O'Brien matched up to him and showed everyone just why he is a worthy DOA champion with a hard hitting and fast paced style of his own.

However, Sean Legacy was the one set to take the title from O'Brien when he downed him with an impactful superplex from the top.  He attempted to pin O'Brien who looked down and out but before the referee could count the three, he was pulled out of the ring by Lord Steven Farrell who had left the announce table to once again help his friend.  As the referee argued with Farrell on the outside, it allowed O'Brien to low blow Legacy and then drop him with his signature TKO move.  The referee returned to the ring and yet again, O'Brien retained the Heavyweight championship thanks to a helping hand.

As the King of Couture celebrated his victory in the ring, Lord Steven joined him and they decided to continue the attack on Legacy to really make a statement.  As Farrell held Sean Legacy, O'Brien picked the belt up and was about to nail him with it until RJ Singh suddenly ran out and chased them away.  O'Brien and Farrell backed away as Singh helped up Sean Legacy and they shook hands.  RJ Singh really has won the hearts of the DOA fans and he was making a clear statement that he is ready to stand up to the Family.

Earlier in the show, RJ had been in action and impressed yet again as he took on former NXT star Jakk Sellstrom in a very entertaining encounter.  This was another well earned victory as he made it two wins out of two with his trademark DDT since coming to DOA.  People really are already starting to take notice of RJ Singh and it was another victory that could be seen as an upset as Sellstrom was the clear favorite for many going into the match.

Whilst RJ may be working his way to a title shot, Brett Semtex, Big Joe and H Hood all had the opportunity for a shot at the DOA heavyweight championship.  They battled it out in a hard hitting triple threat match with the winner going on to face the champion at Yarmagedon in Great Yarmouth on May 4th.  Semtex and Big Joe who are both former champions both were hungry to get another shot at the gold and despite their rivalry, they appeared to work together during the early part of the match to keep Hood at bay.  However, it was not long before the chaos broke out and all three men were going at each other in a match that was not for the faint hearted.

Semtex showed the same determination that actually helped him win the title back in 2022 on his DOA debut, as he lifted H Hood and dropped him with an F5.  Semtex took the victory and stood tall knowing that he now has the huge opportunity to win back the title he lost last year.

The DOA women;s championship was on the line as Leia Elise defended the title against Fiona.  Elise was determined to bounce back from the none title match she lost back in March at the show in Great Yarmouth against Karama.  It was jot easy though as Fiona gave it everything she had and made it very difficult for the dominant champion to keep her down.  Elise finally showed just why she is the unstoppable champion and scored a pinfall victory.

It appears that the so called curse of the Adranline Division championship is now a thing of the past as Furio again successfully defended the title.  He went up against the man from America who was promoting body positivity Cody Fluffman.  Fluffman maybe took his eyes off the ball in this one as he was loving the reaction from the packed Peterborough crowd, and that allowed Furio to take full advantage and retain, proving that any curse of the title is now a thing of the past.

In a match made last month in Bury St Edmunds, Ty Hazard and Ben Jones each got to select their own tag team partner for a huge tag team match. Ben Jones blamed the loss last month against Hazard on the fact he had to team with Marc Lloyd, but now he had a chance to team with Alton Thorne to form 'Beauty and the Beast'.  Meanwhile, Ty Hazard looked to long time old friend and former DOA Adranline champion Ashley Dunn, to form the Mind Splitters.  Whilst Ty and Dunn were in the same page, Ben Jones who has been enjoying a singles run since the split of 'The Lads' found it hard to share the limelight with Thorne and this proved to be very costly.  The lack of deep work between Thorne and Jones allowed for Ty Hazard and Ashley Dunn to take a well earned victory.

Last month, Director of Authority Alec Burnitt stripped Jack E Hyde of the Pandemonium title, and it was put up for grabs in a 10 man royal rumble.  The match featured Sir Ryan Matthews, Hex, Moldark, Sunset Rider, Vinnie Kray, Puppet Poole, Dillon Slade, Josh Spicer, Crowley of NLP, and Joey Cement.  With three members of the Cult included in the match, Jack E Hyde was ring side and instructed Crowley, Moldark and Puppet Poole to focus on Hex, meanwhile Vinnie Kray was once again after Sunset Rider's mask in order to claim the bounty.  The match finally came down to just Hex and the monster Moldark who defeated Hex in a singles match last month.  It all went wrong for the Cult of Hyde as Hex managed to eliminate Moldark and become the new Pandemonium champion.  However, this will no doubt not be the last he has heard from the Cult of Hyde as Jack E Hyde made his frustrations known at ringside.

Match Results
Furio  Def.  Cody Fluffman to retain the Adranline Division Championship
Leia Elise Def. Fiona to retain the Women's championship
RJ Singh Def. Jakk Sellstrom
Brett Semtex Def. H Hood & Big Joe in a triple threat match

Boogie wonderland: THE SUNSETS AGAIN!

After appearing last month in Great Yarmouth to score a victory over the Farrell Family, the mysterious Sunset Rider arrived into Bury St Edmunds with a bounty on his head.  Lord Steven Farrell is convinced that Sunset Rider is in fact Sunset Skip and has offered a cash reward to anyone who can take the mask from the Rider.  The first man to step up to the challenge was new comer to DOA Vinnie Kray.  Kray saw this as the perfect debut and a way to make his mark instantly in DOA whilst also being rewarded with cash.  He gave Sunset Rider a run for his money and came close to taking the mask from the the Rider but just could not finish him off.  Instead he found himself being downed by Rider who was then able to score a vital pinfall victory over the newcomer.  Not only had he kept his mask but he also was able to make it two wins out of two in DOA.

The fans are confident that Rider and Skip are not the same person and AK even asked Sunset Rider about these claims in an interview using a photograph of Sunset Skip to compare.  The Rider said he was good friends with Skip but made it clear they are not the same person and that they look nothing alike. Meanwhile, after being defeated, Vinnie Kray confronted Lord Steven Farrell and Brad O'Brien backstage as they were preparing for the tag team title match.  He ranted that he may have failed to bring the mask to them but this was not his only shot and he would be cashing in on the bounty.

In the tag team lethal lottery match, sworn enemies Ben Jones and 'Banker' Marc Lloyd ended up being drawn as tag team partners.  There was alot of tension between these two given their history which goes back to Ipswich last year when Jones turned on Lloyd in a tag team match.  They were up against Ty Hazard who was partnered with Axel Carter.  It was never going to be plain sailing between Jones and Lloyd and some miss communication resulted in Ty Hazard pinning Jones to take the victory.

After the match, Ben Jones confronted Hazard and claimed that the only reason he lost was because he was with Marc Lloyd.  He made a bold statement that had he been with any other partner he would have easily beat Hazard.  This led to Jones making a challenge to Ty Hazard for DOA's biggest show of the year 'Clash at The Cresset' in Peterborough on April 7th. Jones said he would find a tag team partner who was worthy and Hazard could choose any partner he wanted.  The foundations were laid for what will be an explosive tag team match in Peterborough, but just who will they both choose as tag team partners?

This show was named after former two time Adrenaline Division Champion AJ Boogie Benjamin.  Unfortunately, Boogie was ruled out of wrestling with an injury and instead was ringside as the guest Director of Authority for the evening.  Had AJ been wrestling, he was scheduled to take on one of the UK's top stars Robbie X, but instead Robbie X would face a different challenge.  RJ Singh made his debut in the main event to take on Robbie X in what was a crowd pleasing match full of fast paced action.  Everyone was left stunned as RJ Singh beat X in what was the perfect debut in DOA.  Everyone was sure to be taking note as Singh looks like he is going to be a force within the ranks of DOA.

The war between Hex and Jack E Hyde's 'Cult of Hyde' continued in Bury St Edmunds.  Hex went one on one with another monster by the name of Moldark.  Moldark was the first person to join Hyde's cult last year in Ipswich when he attacked Hex but was choke slammed for his troubles.  It seemed that Hex had this match in the bag and was set to continue his impressive start to 2024, but the numbers game proved to be too much for him.  Both Jack E Hyde and Danny Fear were in Moldark's corner and an interference allowed the mysterious Moldark to pin Hex after hitting a big running splash on him.

After the match, Hyde and Fear joined Moldark in the ring to celebrate as Hyde placed a cult flyer on to his former best friend.  Director of Authority Alec Burnitt then appeared at ringside as he had an announcement to make.  Burnitt stated that whilst Boogie Benjamin was the guest DOA, some decisions were above him.  Burnitt added that due to Jack E Hyde's actions and that he has not been defending the Pandemonium title, he would be stripped of the championship.  This infuriated Jack E Hyde who wanted to attack Alec Burnitt and had to be held back by Moldark and Danny Fear.  Once they were backstage, Hyde put the blame on Danny Fear, once again showing that he is using the up and naive up and comer.

Danny Darko and Dillon Slade have been unstoppable since becoming the DOA tag team champions and they made another defense of the titles in Bury.  They went up against DOA Heavyweight Champion Brad O'Brien and Lord Steven Farrell.  Farrell and O'Brien used their size advantages to isolate Dillon Slade but he was able to show heart and make the tag to Danny Darko.  Darko cleared house but then Farrell attempted to use his brass knuckles only to be stopped by AJ Boogie Benjamin who was still at ringside as guest Director of Authority. This allowed Darko to down Farrell with a lariat and retain the tag titles along with Slade.

Meanwhile NXY gained victory over Vickie TwoThumbs who was making her DOA debut. It was an impressive start to her time in DOA but not quite enough to edge past NXY.

Match Results

NYX Def. Vickie TwoThumbs
Ty Hazard & Axel Carter Def. Ben Jones & 'Banker' Marc Lloyd

Danny Darko & Dillon Slade Def. Lord Steven Farrell & Brad O'Brien to retain the Tag Team Titles
